Speedrun
Overview
Deltashark Speedrun is a year-long accelerator programme designed to help candidates secure roles in the buy-side. Particular focus on long/short equity and quantitative areas of finance.
Each cohort is assigned a dedicated partner who provides personalised guidance on individual goals, applications, and interview preparation. The programme is self-paced, with office hours available as participants progress through different recruitment stages.
The programme includes:
- An onboarding stage focused on strategy and creating a clear action plan
- Weekly one-to-one support
- Weekly group calls and live Q&A sessions
- Access to Deltashark Platform for technical preparation resources
- Entry into a community of ambitious peers
- Direct access to their partner's network
- Guest speaker sessions from across the industry, with the first cohort expected to include representatives from QRT, Mako Trading, and Goldman Sachs
Burak M. Gunduz
Partner, Cohort 1
Burak began his career at Marble Bar Asset Management, a European long/short equity hedge fund, as Junior Investment Analyst to Chairman and Founding Partner Hilton Nathanson. He then joined B2C2 as a Quantitative Trader on the delta-one desk, focused on high-frequency market making.
