We use your information to provide and improve the Deltashark platform, process payments, communicate service updates, and personalise your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your portfolio data, thesis documents, and financial models are stored securely and are only made public if you explicitly enable your public profile.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and hosted on infrastructure provided by trusted cloud service providers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We use third-party services including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and financial data providers for market information. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your data or close your account. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
