By accessing or using Deltashark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
Deltashark provides financial market data, educational content, portfolio simulation tools, research reports, and related services. The platform is designed for educational and informational purposes. Deltashark is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial institution.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You may not share your account or allow others to access the platform using your credentials.
Deltashark offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You may not use Deltashark to scrape, redistribute, or commercially resell market data, educational content, or research reports. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform. You may not use the platform to harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
All content on the platform, including educational materials, research reports, user interface design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Deltashark unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.
Content you upload to the platform, such as thesis documents and financial models, remains your intellectual property. By uploading content and enabling your public profile, you grant Deltashark a non-exclusive licence to display that content on your public profile page.
Deltashark is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or educational content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deltashark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
